We just got back from a wonderful serve trip to Honduras. We had a chance to visit many partners. At Point, we heard about the importance of sharing Jesus in gang-infested neighborhoods. At Trash Mountain, we heard a remarkable testimony at the landfill from a woman living there about how grateful she was to God for providing for her needs. Hearing testimonies from our partners, I was constantly reminded of the verse in Matthew 17:20 “For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” So many of our programs started with just a little faith and have gone on to impact hundreds of children.
One of my favorite quotes from a member on the trip was, “Jesus is shining his light of love into my heart.” Thank you for joining us in the work All God’s Children is doing!
